Terms of use
Last updated September 17, 2026
These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of an engagement: work for a client is governed by the Master Services Agreement and the Statement of Work signed in theclient portal. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
Read it, link to it, quote a line of it with attribution. Do not use it to break the law, to impersonate the studio, or to attack the site or the people who use it. Automated access is fine if it is well behaved, identifies itself honestly and respectsrobots.txt.
What belongs to whom
The text, layout, code and images of this site belong to Vicari Studio LLC. The name "Vicari Studio", the V mark and the wordmark are the studio's marks; do not use them to suggest a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. Products named on this site, and anything quoted from another site, belong to their owners. The typefaces and libraries the site is built with carry their own licences.
What this site is not
Everything here is a description of the studio's work, not a promise about yours. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a warranty, or legal, financial or security advice, and reading it does not start an engagement. An engagement starts when a scope is signed in the portal. The site is provided as is, and the studio does not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted or free of error.
Links out
Links to other sites are for convenience. The studio does not control them and is not responsible for what they contain.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vicari Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes the limits agreed in a signed agreement.
Changes
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did.
Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute about this website belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Hamilton County, Indiana. This matches the venue in the studio's client agreements.
